Hosting

The website and the application are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.

Personal data

We only collect what the service needs:

• the teacher account: first name, last name, email address and a password hash (never the password itself);
• exams, questions and class lists (student number, last name, first name) entered by the teacher;
• scanned answer sheets and how they were read;
• for online exams: the name typed by the student and their answers.

Use and sharing

This data is only used to grade the teacher’s exams. It is never sold or used for advertising. Each teacher can only access their own data.

Technical providers: Hetzner (hosting), Brevo (account emails) and, only when the teacher uses AI test import, Google (Gemini), which receives the imported document to extract the questions.

Retention

Scanned sheets are deleted automatically 3 months after upload; the teacher is notified by email one week before. Grades are kept as long as the exam exists. Deleting an exam deletes its sheets, students and results.

Your rights

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and object. To exercise it, write to the contact address at the bottom of the page.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement. The application uses a single technical cookie, required to stay logged in.
